I like all of the shows on the above schedule, except: Nashville and Dallasare more the hubby’s choice, but I do enjoy mocking them.

I had high hopes for Red Band Society since I adore both My So-Called Life‘s Wilson Cruz and The Help‘s Octavia Spencer, but the pilot was like a horrid Scrubs/Glee mashup. I really hope Wilson and Octavia move to a Shonda show or The Good Wife, their immense dramatic talents are wasted in a limp comedy. Also, Dear ABC: a drama about an immortal doctor (Forever) does not need a bland cop love interest or a weekly police procedural case. More Highlander, less Castle please. Learn from New Amsterdam‘s mistakes.

My opinion of new shows changes at the drop of a hat (Extant went from an awesome pilot to a ridiculous series), so check back in coming weeks for deletions.

I tend to multi-task while the tv’s on, so very few shows get my full attention. Those few are: The Good Wife, The Goldbergs, Billy on the Street and Doctor Who.
